I have been training with Rob once per week for 4 months . At the beginning I was trained myself to loose my weight and healthy living. Until one evening when I was used pressed chest equipment Rob came helped me to know how to lifted properly. And my thought I need his help.

I told him what I want and my aim. Rob helped me to counted every food + weight it before I consumed. And Rob trained me to develop both strength and size exactly what I want. I’m now size 10 before it was size 14. Build more my confident.

I would highly recommended him as he is very knowledgeable in his work and will help you achieve goals of any type.

I met Rob on the 5th Aug 2019 to discuss a weight loss program with him, I also had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a high liver count. After an hour of talking I decided to go along with him and start a nutrition based training program, which we started on the 13th Aug 2019.
At the beginning of the course my weight was 23 stones and 4 pounds, Rob worked with me on my nutrition and introduced some supplementation which I take on a daily basis combined with regular exercise.

At the moment I currently weigh 21 stones, which is a 32 pounds weight loss in approximately 10/11 weeks, my goal for weight loss was 2 pounds per week, so with the Rob’s help I am smashing my target.

I’ve also reduced my liver count to 40 and my cholesterol and blood pressure are now at healthy levels.

I contacted Rob as I was looking for support to increase my exercise levels and overall fitness and to improve my diet. Having regular exercise sessions with Rob combined with his nutritional advice helped me to make small lifestyle changes that were achievable and continue to fit into my existing routine. I hadn’t done weights before and Rob was able to strike a balance of taking gradual steps while at the same time challenging me and keeping me motivated. I was able to get to a stage where I felt more confident to go to the gym. Unfortunately I was not able to continue sessions for personal reasons but I remain grateful for all the advice and support that Rob gave me and know that it will be easier to resume gym sessions in the future because of the input that Rob has given me. I had worked with PT’s before and didn’t think they made much difference until I worked with Rob. His approach to not just weight training, but also a focus on nutrition and diet has made a real difference. I started with very little upper body strength, but before long I had tripled my deadlift, going from 45 kg on workout one to 130 kg on workout 10. In less than six months I have reduced body fat, increased my strength and found I have significantly more energy. I highly recommend Rob and his approach.

OFTEN WHEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT WE RESORT TO VERY LIMITING DIETS AND OVERLY INTENSE EXERCISE. PERSONALLY I HAVE NEVER FOUND THESE METHODS TO BE SUSTAINABLE. ROB SHOWED ME THAT IT IS NOT HOW MUCH EXERCISE YOU DO THAT MATTERS, AND INSTEAD STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT FORM AND TAKING TRAINING BREAKS TO ALLOW YOUR BODY TO RECOVER. WITH OUR EXERCISE PROGRAMME, ROBKNEW EXACTLY HOW TO ENCOURAGE ME AND PUSH ME. THE PROGRAMME WAS DEVISED TO ALLOW ME TO PROGRESS TO MORE AND MORE DEVELOPED EXERCISES AND AND I AM AMAZED NOW AT WHAT I CAN LIFT, PUSH OR PRESS! ROB ALSO TAUGHT ME MORE ABOUT NUTRITION THAN I LEARNT IN 6YRS OF MEDICAL SCHOOL. HE HAD ME KEEP A DIET DIARY AND CAREFULLY TAILORED MY DIET MAKING IT HEALTHIER BUT NOT IN THE LEAST BIT RESTRICTIVE. OVERALL, TRAINING WITH ROB HAS CHANGED MY WHOLE WAY OF LIFE AND MY THINKING ON FITNESS.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT ME FIRST. I HAD ALWAYS BEEN SLIGHTLY OVERWEIGHT AND HAD NEVER EXERCISED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. ESPECIALLY I HATE GYMS. I HAD MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS IN REDUCING WEIGHT. I WAS RECENTLY DIAGONIZED WITH DIABETICS TYPE II AND MY GP ASKED TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT, IF NOT THERE WILL BE LOTS OF COMPLICATIONS. THATS WHEN I TOOK ROB’S HELP TO MAKE THINGS NORMAL. ALL MY SESSIONS WERE EASY. MY BASIC PROBLEM WAS I LACKED STAMINA. SO I CANNOT DO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES OF CARDIO. BUT WITH ROB’S STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS, I QUITE LIKE THEM. AND I ENJOYED MY IMPROVEMENT EVERY WEEK.HE KEPT MOTIVATING ME THROUGHOUT. ALSO THERE WAS NO DIET. IN FACT, I HAD TO INCREASE MY CALORIE INTAKE INITIALLY.

HE HELPED ME CHOOSING THE FOOD. BEING ASIAN, I WAS EVEN ABLE TO EAT RICE DAILY.

AFTER A FEW INITIAL LESSONS, WHEN I TRIED CARDIO, I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW MY STAMINA HAS INCREASED. I AM MORE ENERGETIC NOW. I REALIZED MY BASIC PROBLEM WAS GETTING FIXED.

BEST OF ALL, MY HBA1C (BLOOD GLUCOSE MEASURE) DROPPED FROM 7 TO 4.5 IN 3 MONTHS. MY BODY IS MORE TONED AND MY FAT AND CHOLESTEROL LEVELS HAVE GONE DOWN. THANKS ROB! IF NOT FOR YOU, I WOUD NOT BE SEEING THESE.. I CANT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH. TRUST HIM, HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING, BECAUSE, TRUSTING HIM WAS THE BEST THING I DID IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY.

I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED EXERCISE, FROM NETBALL, LACROSSE AND TENNIS AT SCHOOL TO BASKETBALL AT UNIVERSITY AND I STARTED GOING TO GYMS ABOUT 14 YEARS AGO.
MY AIM OF EXERCISING IS TO BE ABLE TO EAT WITHOUT TOO MUCH WORRY BUT ON HITTING 40 LAST YEAR I DECIDED THAT THE TIME HAD COME TO GET SOME HELP WITH MY TRAINING RATHER THAN CONTINUING WITH DOING MY OWN (SAME!) THING.
I HAD A TRIAL SESSION WITH ROB AND HAVE CONTINUED TO TRAIN WITH HIM TWICE A WEEK. THIS WAY OF TRAINING – SHORT BUT HIGH INTENSITY – IS A WHOLE NEW WORLD TO ME. IT FITS IN WITH MY WORKING AND FAMILY LIFE AS I NO LONGER SPEND HOURS AT THE GYM AND I CAN ACTUALLY LIFT WEIGHTS THAT I WOULD HAVE STRUGGLED TO EVEN PICK UP PREVIOUSLY.
WITH ROB’S TRAINING PROGRAMMES AND TIPS TO IMPROVE MY DIET I HAVE GAINED STRENGTH IN MY LEGS, ARMS AND UPPER BODY AND CAN SEE MORE MUSCLE DEFINITION. HE KEEPS ME MOTIVATED, SOMEHOW GETS A COUPLE MORE LIFTS OUT OF MY MUSCLES EACH TIME AND MAKES SURE THAT I HAVE STRETCHED OUT PROPERLY AT THE END OF EACH SESSION.
I FEEL THAT HAVE ACHIEVED MORE IN A YEAR THAN I HAVE DONE IN THE LAST 14 AND INTEND TO ACHIEVE MORE BY CONTINUING TO TRAIN WITH ROB.

I STARTED TRAINING AT ASPIRE NATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE WITH ROB IN JANUARY 2006 AFTER SUFFERING 2 STROKES ONE IN 1992 AND THE OTHER IN 1997. I HAD PUT ON FIVE STONE AND NEEDED TO LOSE WEIGHT. ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS ROB DID WAS TO FOCUS ON MY DIETARY HABITS BY MOTIVATING ME AND ENCOURAGING ME TO EAT FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND INCREASING MY CALORIE AND NUTRIENT INTAKE. ROB TRAINED ME USING BRIEF 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS FOCUSING ON RESISTANCE TRAINING TO INCREASE MY LEAN MUSCLE ALONG WITH A MODERATE AMOUNT OF INTERVAL BASED AEROBIC TRAINING.
OVER A PERIOD OF 4-5 MONTHS I LAST 4 ½ STONE OF BODY FAT AND INCREASED MY STRENGTH AND MOBILITY CONSIDERABLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROB TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO LOSE WEIGHT AND IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH.

I STARTED TRAINING WITH ROB 4 MONTHS AGO, BACK IN AUGUST. WHEN I FIRST MET HIM I WAS QUITE CLOSE TO GIVE UP ON BODYBUILDING AFTER HAVING SPENT SEVERAL YEARS WITHOUT ANY SIGNIFICANT RESULTS.
BEFORE I STARTED TRAINING WITH ROB I HAD MY UPS AND DOWNS, BUT GENERALLY I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY SUBSTANTIAL RESULTS USING THE TRADITIONAL VOLUME BASED BODY BUILDING SYSTEM IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, EVEN THOUGH I WAS TRAINING 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 90 MINUTES! I COULD NOT EVEN DO 1 CHIN UP WITH MY OWN BODYWEIGHT!
ROB CHANGED ALL THAT! HE CAME WITH THE REVOLUTIONARY IDEA: TRAIN WAY LESS, BUT MAKE IT COUNT AND TRAIN AT HIGHER INTENSITY! OF COURSE INITIALLY I THOUGHT HE MUST HAVE LOST HIS MIND – WHAT KIND OF A CON-JOB THAT IS? TRAINING LESS FOR BETTER RESULTS??? I PROVED TO BE WRONG. NOW I CAN DO 7 CHINS DESPITE HAVING GAINED NET BODYWEIGHT!
SINCE THEN I HAVE LOST 2-3% OF BODY FAT AND GAINED 4KGS. YOU MIGHT THINK THAT IS NOT TOO MUCH, BUT CONSIDER THAT I AM JUST IN THE MIDDLE OF A FAT LOSS PROGRAM. ALSO I’D LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT IT MEANS ALMOST 1KG OF LEAN MUSCLE PER MONTH! MY WIFE KIND OF HATES MY DOING HEAVY DUTY WORKOUT AS SINCE THEN I HAD TO REPLACE ALL MY TROUSERS: MY THIGHS HAVE BECOME 4CM BIGGER, WHILST MY HIP IS 2CM NARROWER.
THE MOST AMAZING GAINS WERE IN STRENGTH: FROM 80KG WITH 8 REPS, I COULD GO UP TO 120 AND 8REPS IN DEADLIFTS. BENCH PRESS ALSO WENT UP TO 10 REPS WITH 120 FROM 8 REPS WITH 90. BACK THEN I COULD HARDLY DO 5 DIPS WITH MY BODYWEIGHT, NOW I CAN DO 8 DIPS WITH 15KG EXTRA WEIGHT!
THE MOST AMAZING STRENGTH GAINS WERE COMING FROM LEGS: NOW I CAN DO 16 REPS WITH 272KGS IN LEG PRESS! MY CALF PRESS WENT UP FROM 16REPS WITH 54KGS TO 14REPS WITH 120!
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING REQUIRES COMMITMENT, PATIENCE AND FOCUS ALIKE: IT IS HARD TO GET AWAY FROM CONVENTIONAL WISDOM AND TRAIN LESS: INITIALLY YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRAIN MORE, WHICH WOULD PROVE TO BE COUNTERPRODUCTIVE. ALSO, EXPERIMENTING WITH YOUR DIET IS NO FUN: IT IS BORING AND ANY CHEATING WOULD RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT DRAWBACK. THE HARDEST PART IS CONTINUOUSLY WORKING AGAINST YOUR BEST RESULTS. WITH EVERY EXERCISE YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF TO THE VERY LIMITS AND BEYOND, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT TRAINING TO FAILURE MEANS. SOME PEOPLE CALL IT ALL OUT TRAINING AS WELL. NO JERKING, JUST CONTROLLED MOVES, AND SLOW, PAINFUL REPS TO FAILURE, MAKING SURE YOU REALLY BRING YOUR BODY TO ITS VERY LIMITS; THAT IS WHAT HIGH INTENSITY BODYBUILDING IS ABOUT! I REALLY DO WOULD RECOMMEND ROB FOR ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO TRAIN HARD: HE KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED, EXPLAINS WHY THIS METHOD IS WORKING AND KEEPS YOU ON TRACK!
